I have been photographing Tango Argentiono since 2012.
Utilizing a blend of documentary and portrait genres, my photography aims to explore various dimensions of Argentine tango - from the profound connections and intense emotions shared between dancers (to the extent that is even possible to capture through a static visual medium), to the nuanced socio-cultural aspects of this phenomenon, which long ago has already become international. My work transcends the mere aesthetic of movement, delving deeper into the subtleties that impact the lives of all those who participate in this rich cultural tradition.
